Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Booking

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
• The remaining balance will be due on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
• You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.
• You are permitted to reschedule your appointment up to 3 times. After the third reschedule, the system will no longer allow further changes unless a new appointment and deposit are made.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund of any payments made.
• If you cancel within 24 hours or on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged the full amount, and future appointments will not be accepted until the balance is paid in full.

Emergencies
• I understand that emergencies can happen. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact me via email or Instagram as soon as possible.
• Please note: I may not respond immediately if I am with clients. Messages sent at the time of your appointment or after will not be accepted as valid cancellations.

Lateness
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible so I can inform the next client if necessary.
• Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in the appointment being cancelled and charged in full, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

No-Show Policy
• If you do not attend your appointment and fail to inform us in advance, you will be charged the full amount for the service and will not be able to book again until the payment is settled.

Health & Safety
• Please inform us of any nail infections or medical conditions that may affect your treatment. You can send pictures of your nails to our email on the website for review if you are unsure about any condition.
• We may refuse service if there are concerns for your health or the safety of our staff.

Children and Pets
• For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that children and pets are not brought to your appointment.

Photography Consent
• By booking an appointment, you consent to the use of photos or videos of your nails for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated.
