Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Booking
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.
- You may reschedule up to 3 times. After that, a new booking and deposit will be required.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of payments made.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours (or same day) will be charged in full. Future bookings will not be accepted until the balance is cleared.
Emergencies
- If you experience an emergency, please contact me via email or Instagram as soon as possible.
- Please note: I may not reply immediately if I am with clients.
- Messages sent at the time of your appointment or after will not be considered valid cancellations.
Lateness
- Please arrive on time.
- If you are running late, let me know so I can adjust for the next client.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and full charge, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
No-Show Policy
- If you do not attend your appointment and fail to inform us, you will be charged in full.
- You will not be able to book again until payment is settled.
Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any nail infections or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
- You can email photos of your nails if you are unsure about a condition.
- We may refuse service if there are concerns for your health or staff safety.
Children & Pets
- For safety and comfort, please do not bring children or pets to your appointment.
Photography Consent
- By booking, you consent to the use of photos/videos of your nails for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise.
