Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
After Hours / Premium Appointments
- Appointments booked after 6PM on Tuesdays & Thursdays are subject to a £15 additional charge.
- Please select "Premium Appointment" as an Add-On when booking.
Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.
- You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 times. After the third reschedule, further changes will not be permitted unless a new appointment and deposit are made.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will receive a refund only if the appointment was paid in full. Any refund issued will be minus the non-refundable deposit.
- If you cancel within 24 hours or on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged the full amount. Future appointments will not be accepted until the balance has been paid in full.
Emergencies
- We understand that emergencies can happen. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp Business as soon as possible.
- Please note: We may not respond immediately while we are with clients. Messages sent at the time of your appointment or after your appointment time will not be accepted as valid cancellations.
Lateness
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and charged in full, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
No-Show Policy
- If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full amount for the service and will not be able to book again until the balance has been settled.
Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any nail infections, fungal infections, injuries, or medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
- If you are unsure whether a treatment is suitable, please send clear photographs of the affected area via Instagram DM or WhatsApp Business prior to booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if there are concerns regarding your health, safety, or the safety of our staff.
Children & Pets
- For the safety and comfort of all clients, children and pets must not be brought to appointments.
Photography Consent
- By booking an appointment, you consent to the use of photographs or videos of your nails for promotional purposes unless you advise us otherwise.
